Accessing FCP Keyboard

How can I transfer a customized keyboard on FCP to another FCP, but I don't have access to the app.

Here's my situation:

I made a FCP custom keyboard with the app's command editor
I can't open FCP because the version I have doesn't work with MacOS Sonoma
I can't update FCP because of some apple ID issues, so I will delete and reinstall FCP
I want to transfer my old customized keyboard to my new FCP

I know typically you can open the app and export your keyboard, but since I cant open the app I'm wondering if it's stored somewhere in Finder.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 14.0

And if you want to copy the file somewhere, for safekeeping or for transferring to another Mac, I just checked the location:

~/Library/Application Support/Final Cut Pro/Command Sets

I may be wrong but since the custom keyboards are completely separate from the application, you don't have to do anything. Just install the new version and the custom keyboard should still appear.
