Fraudulent billing?

Hi,

I have been playing the Candy Crush game. It will ask if you want to purchase lives. I have done this several times, but when looking at the bill it is charging way more than it states on the game. The game says $1.99, but 21.99 is taken from my account. This is misleading and fraudulent.
