Just some background to try to resolve this issue. It’s unlikely a bank issue, usually banks automatically update your card(s) when in Apple Wallet app for use with Apple Pay.
Please update your Contact card in the Contacts app on your iPhone.
Please update your Apple ID information.
Manage and use your Apple ID - Apple Support
Update your address in your Apple Wallet. Please follow this path.
iPhone > Wallet app > tap credit/debit card > More button (3 dots in upper right corner of screen) Card Details > update address
iPhone > Settings app > Wallet & Apple Pay > scroll down to Transaction Defaults > Shipping Address > Edit or enter new.
