Red lighting bolt inside a circle won’t charge
My Apple Watch won’t charge series 7 it showed a circle with an red lightening inside won’t reset nothing

If so, then have you had a chance to try charging your Apple Watch with another charging cable? This can help to determine if the issue is with the charger, or if the Apple Watch itself.
If unable to charge your Apple Watch with multiple chargers, or with your charger plugged into a different outlet, the next best option would be to reach out to Apple Support directly to discuss possible service options.
