Version 1.4.0.118 of AppleTV app on Sonoma 14.0 always defaults to Playlist view

Since upgrading to macOS Sonoma 14.0 (23A344), the Apple TV app (Version 1.4.0.118) continually changes the view to "as Playlist." I prefer "as List" as I have specific columns chosen. When choosing any list in the "Playlist" in the left-hand pane of the UI, the result is the chosen Playlist being presented in the "Playlist" view, and I then have to choose "View > as List" each time to get the view I prefer. This was not an issue prior to upgrading to macOS Sonoma.
