Discord Not Detecting Microphone Airpods pro 2

I just purchased the iphone 15 pro max, running ios 17.0.2 and bought some Airpod Pro Gen 2s with the usb C. Discord is not detecting the airpods microphone, I have tried every setting, adjustment, reset, reinstalled discord… Everything but factory resetting my phone. Every other app works fine, facetime, instagram calls, phone. I can hear the people in the call perfectly fine but they can’t hear me and the activity indicator never lights up.
