I can’t download the latest iOS 17.2

I am having difficulties downloading the latest version.

I did it overnight last night via a hotspot but still to no avail.

I use am iPhone XS Max.

please I need assistance, thanks🙌

Wi-Fi is required - with no Hotspot, no VPN, no anti-virus.

If you cannot meet these requirements, seek assistance at an Apple Store or update using your computer.
