Bonjour service on windows not appearing

I need help. I wanted to use an app to use my Iphone as a webcam and realized i needed the bonjour service working in order to do so. I tried installing the service since I didnt see it in services but it didnt do anything. I still couldnt find it so i tried updating Windows but that also didnt do anything. Im stuck and I dont know what to do.

iPhone 14 pro max has an issue of join network. (iOS16.3) I have a iPhone 14 pro max with iOS16.3 and a non-internet Dashcam (act as a AP). When the phone is connected via the phone Wi-Fi setting, it seems to connect well. It shows check mark left side with "No Internet Connection" which is correct. However, the dashcam App cannot communicate with the dashcam when I run the dashcam App. It seems that the App doensn't get the ip address of the currently connected dashcam Wi-Fi. Other iphones are working fine, but this specific phone is suffering from this problem all the time. Does anyone have the same phenomena? or simmilar with this issue?

Using iPhone to access BBC World Service: Failure! If I wish to use iPhone to listen to BBC World Service, I’d normally click on the “BBC News” icon and then select “Live” (upper right corner of display). The display would then change to “BBC NEWS WORLD SERVICE” with a “speaker” icon in lower left corner. Normally… the current programming would commence following a “click” on the “speaker” icon. Now (and for the past ~10 days), this announcement appears WITHOUT any audio: “Media Resolution Failed” + 2 choices: “Dismiss” and “Try again”. Accessing “BBC World Service” via MacBook or iMac proceeds quite normally! /// Advice?
