Named unknown Bluetooth device

I have a named Bluetooth device that has suddenly started to appear on all my Apple devices, called Jasper, and even when I say “forget this device” it keeps coming back.

It is unnerving as I feel like I’m being tracked somehow. What is this and how do I get rid of it?

It's a discoverable Bluetooth device that's in range. You're not connected to it. Don't worry about it.
