I just get into the family system for sharing an Apple Music family subscription. But they already paid 2 days ago. When i push the button to try to play some songs, the message “disconnected” pops out.
Is this the reason why i can’t play the music in app? Let me know if you know how to solve it.

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.
We understand you're unable to play songs using Apple Music subscription. If you're apart of Family Sharing when you go to Settings > your name > Family Sharing and see your name on the list, make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection. Ask the organizer to remove you from the family and invite you again.
Make sure that your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network and you have updated your device to the most recent update for the most recent performance fixes.
