Unable to use Apple Music from a family account

Hi,

I have purchased the Apple Music Family subscription. I have turned on Family sharing on my iPhone and have added my wife. In the Family settings on my iPhone, I can see my wife in the family members and under subscriptions I can see Apple Music is shared.

My wife can also the Family settings and under Family -> Subscriptions -> Apple Music (Shared by <my name>).

But when she opens Apple Music and clicks on the profile icon, it asks her to join Apple Music providing options to buy subscriptions with her Apple ID.

Secondly, if she searches for a song in Apple Music and tries to add a song in Library, then it shows the message "Cannot Connect Retry". See the screenshot below.

I would actually expect that when I have already shared the Apple Music subscription with my Wife as part of Family sharing, it shouldn't ask her to buy a new subscription.

Anyone faced similar issue and has a solution for the same?

Thanks a lot.

I could solve this problem by doing the following:

On my wife's iPhone, went to Settings -> Her Profile -> Media & Purchase -> Sign out and then Sign in back.

It seems, this is needed to sync the subscription information via a Sign out & Sign in.
