2024 Toyota Camry hybrid, having an issue adjusting the volume on Apple car play wirelessly. Only volume issue is with car play. Tried repairing the dongle with no luck. Anyone have any ideas. Hopefully it’s a setting issue. Thanks

Is it too low? Turn the volume up on your phone and then see if adjusting it via the car volume controls works as expected (not sure if you have steering wheel controls as well as the controls on/near the radio)

the volume on the head unit and the steering wheel controls has started to work on some occasions but not all the time. I have a 2024 Camry hybrid. I emailed the company and they said there might be some incompatibility issue between the unit and the car.
