I’m not able to access my Apple ID settings as there is a prompt saying “these settings have been configured by a profile”

Is this a personal machine...



 > System Settings>Privacy and Security>Profiles


Scroll down and delete any profile




ref: Use configuration profiles to standardize settings on Mac computers - Apple Support



If this is company/work machine and bound to some MDM /Active Directory contact the company IT to deprovision the machine.
