Shazam app not working on iPhone
I am unable to use Shazam. The app was working yesterday and stopped today, cause unknown? All other apps work fine. The app was deleted and reinstalled with no change.

I just did a chat with Apple Support.
Solution: Go to Settings, Accessibility, Display & Text Size & turn off bold text.
Apparently from a recent update this is the walk around for the issue. It worked for me & my partners phone.
How frustrating but fixable. Good luck :)
I upgraded to 17.0.3 and now it works again.
have found out how to fix it but not why it happened Go to settings in display and brightness and turn off BOLD text. weird

You are a genius. Go to settings/display-brightness/a d turn off bold text. For some reason this fixes the problem
I had this exact issue with Shazam on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I have read all the comments and all are consistent with my experience. I upgraded my OS to iOS17.0.3. Issue is resolved.
Update iOS 17.0.3 fixed it see if you can update to the above iOS update

You need to go to settings and turn off bold text. It’s under accessibility . Shazam will work again
I thought the answer, requiring switching accessibility/bold text off was funny, but it worked!
Same problem. Restarted, deleted and reinstalled app, shut phone off, etc …. Nothing worked. Wife has same iPhone 11, BUT DID NOT DO the last iPhone update. Shazam still functions perfectly on her phone.
