Hello, I have canceled subscription to Elsa speak app on 1st oct 2023 before free trial ends, still amount 4149 rs was deducted from my account through the UPI on 2nd oct 2023.

I subscribed to free trial of elsa speaks app on 26th Sep 2023. While subscribing they forced to select the one year plan of 4149 and informed that if you cancel free trial then money will not be deducted. I canceled subscription on 1st oct 2023 but money got deducted on 2nd oct 2023. Now worst part is same is not reflected on apply payment history and I am not able to raise the refund request.
