Apple ID Has Been Hacked

I think hackers have an old Apple ID of mine. They've changed the password and security questions (because Apple's warning emails came in the middle of the night)

I've reset the password, and I even managed to translate the security questions from Chinese, but the answers have changed, so I'm in an impasse with the hackers. I have the right password but I can't get beyond the security questions.

My problem is that I can't access Apple Support so I'm in a Catch 22 whereby I need to answer the security questions in order to solve the problem with the security questions.

Is there another way of contacting Apple Security?
