TikTok affects phone call quality

When I’m on a phone call, whether that’s FaceTime (audio or video) or just a normal call, and I go on TikTok at the same time, I'm always told that I’m breaking up. As soon as I come off the app, my phone call quality goes back to normal.

Has anybody else experienced this or know why this would happen?
