The post to which you're replying is almost 6 months old. The "Community Specialist" program has been discontinued. So, you aren't going to get an answer from Apple.

The first thing I would do, though, is to make sure that your watchOS is up to date. For most people, this bug was fixed a long time ago. It's also possible, of course, that your issue is different.

If these steps didn't resolve the with the Weather complication, then it would be best to contact Apple Support directly: Get Support They will need to take it from here.

(This symptom just hit me overnight - I've checked settings for location service and everything else I could find at similar sounding pages. The Watch face just says "Loading Weather loading..." for all cities.)

I turned the Watch off and on; no help. The iPhone weather app is working.
