To be quick, Went into the Apple Store to purchase the new watch. Employee said the set up would be easy and done in 5 minutes. The employee managed to delete everything from my phone and factory reset. I lost pretty much everything. What action should I take next?

Unfortunately and I’ll own up to the fact that I was not up to date on my backups. But still trying to wrap my head around going in to the store to purchase a watch and leaving with my phone completely wiped clean.
