Since I upgraded to iOS 17 I have been having issues with phone calls, incoming and outgoing
I receive a call but I can’t hear them and visa versa

Since releasing iOS 17 Apple has released a few smaller updates as well. Could you please confirm that you're running the latest version of iOS 17 by following these steps and see if the issue continues? Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
