My turn in kit was stolen from my porch. Can I turn in my device in person?

I am trying to trade in my iPhone 12. I recently purchased the iPhone 15.

I would suggest that you contact Apple Support first. You can do so here: Contact - Official Apple Support

They may be able to ship you a new trade-in kit.
