My turn in kit was stolen from my porch. Can I turn in my device in person?

I am trying to trade in my iPhone 12. I recently purchased the iPhone 15.

Iphone with broken screen and Apple ID signed out Hi, my Iphone X has a broken screen that would not work at all (can see but can't control), it also has data/wifi connection. Siri is not working as it requires inputting passcode first Apple ID on the broken phone needs re-sign in (The screen says update Apple ID settings, some account services will not be usable until you sign in again) I don't have icloud back up I logged in to my Apple ID online and cannot even find the associated device I tried "Control Nearby Device" with my new Iphone, but it could not detect my old phone When I connect my iphone to macbook, it's charging but not recognising the device on iTunes or Finder The only hope I seem to have is with iCloud Find my Iphone. I am able to detect and locate the iphone with it. But all I can do with Find my Iphone is to play sound on device or erase the device. My goal is to able to connect the iphone to macbook or any other device so that I can remotely back up the data inside...Would there be any insights? Really appreciate your help in advance. Thank you.

Old iphone question I just upgrade from the SE. But days later lost my SE while traveling. So no cellular data/sim card in old phone. In Find My Iphone it says it is off line. Phone is off. Is there a way to remotely turn it on? Will it still show up on Find My if turned on? My six digit pin will still keep people from accessing the phone still, correct? THanks

I would suggest that you contact Apple Support first. You can do so here: Contact - Official Apple Support

They may be able to ship you a new trade-in kit.
