can't uninstall icloud nor Apple software update on surface pro

I have a surface pro and I can’t uninstall iCloud, I even tried restarting the computer and it won’t uninstall, I tried to uninstall using settings but it doesn’t work, and I can only change it when I use control panel, I also cannot uninstall Apple software update because all it will say is “ThErE iS a PrObLeM wItH tHiS wInDoWs InStAlLeR PaCkAgE” like it is super annoying, also, to answer a question, I did not sign into anything at all

Hey hui176,

If you have tried uninstalling iCloud for Windows unsuccessfully, you may need to repair it to restore functionality of the program before you can uninstall it properly. You can do this from Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Select iCloud > Advanced options and select Repair or Reset.

If you're still unable to uninstall iCloud for Windows, Microsoft Help suggests that you try the Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter outlined in their support article: Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed
