I lost my phone and when I try to search by IMEI code, find my phone is turned off. how to turn it on please help me

If you didn't activate Find My before the phone was lost, you cannot turn it on remotely. And there is no way to track a lost phone by its IMEI.

Most of what is in this link won't apply to you, if Find My was not enabled on your iPhone. Finding it will be pretty much impossible, to be hones --> If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch is lost or stolen – Apple Support (UK)
