Macbook Pro M2 14 Inch getting HOT after opening xcode

I'm a react native developer and I bought Macbook Pro M2 14 Inch 16 GB - 500GB, a month ago for development, I noticed that when I ran simple simulator my laptop was so hot and I could hear the noise of fan, it happens randomly sometimes it's fine sometimes it takes like 200% CPU, some processes like diagnosticd and springboard is taking so much CPU that it's getting very hot, I'm using android emulator on macos to test my projects and it runs very smooth under 2% CPU.
