I have 2 Apple IDs, I want to change the Apple ID on my iPhone to the one that I usually use on my computer and iPad, when I try to update the id in the setting it says the email is used by another apple id

You're trying to make a new Apple ID, that is not nessecary. Apple ids are not meant to me merged
Logout of your old Apple ID via settings>your name>logout at the bottom.
After that, you will be prompted a screen that says "sign in" tap that and sign in with your other Apple ID
