iPhone 15 pro is not being recognised on my Windows 10 PC or iTunes

Hi there, it seems my iPhone 15 pro is not being recognised on my Windows 10 PC or iTunes when I plug it in via USB C to USB C. I have tried multiple USB C cables, including Apple's official cable that comes in the iPhone 15 pro box, as well as Thunderbolt 4 cables.

My PC only seems to only recognise the device when I plug in the iPhone via USB C (from iPhone) to USB A cable/port.

This is very stupid as I can't take advantage of the higher transfer speeds via the USB C to USB cable and port. Backing up and restoring from backup takes forever (at least 4 hours) as I have over about 500GB of data to transfer over.

After doing some further testing.

It seems the issue only happens on Windows 10 and older Mac OS Monterey.

I've tested it on Windows 11 and both the PC and Itunes recognise the device
