iphone12 receiver issue no sound

Sorry, but your iPhone 12 has to be manufactured between October 2020 and April 2021, according to this Apple Service page, to be eligible for this program:

Getting the complete display replaced is the only solution I can give you.

Letting an independent, unauthorised service provider repair your iPhone will void the Apple Warranty and Apple will refuse to service your device after that.

I am facing the same issue. I had bought my piece in July 2021 . If we are to change the display then why not break the phones display and buy apple care before doing so. This is the only hack i can think of. As Apple services in India are on the expensive side. 26k for a display is not actually much worth instead we can just get a new phone. I think Apple should be more considerate towards iPhone 12 models as a whole as physical damage is not the issue rather there has been an error on the manufacturers side and in regards to a multi dollar billion companies morals and business ethics,it is the sole responsibility to be answerable to such defects rather then excluding the phone with different manufacturer dates. In my personal opinion i feel Apple has stopped providing stability to their phones and is forcing us to get new handsets.

Purchased Apple 12 mobile, after 3 years 2 months got receiver problems. Visited service centre in Yelahanka Bengaluru and complained to customer care service no use of doing all my effor. Also sent email to apple back office. Please avoid buying apple mobiles

I’m also facing the sound issue in my IPhone 12 ,after visiting service centre they are saying this is only for limited manufacturer time period of iPhone is in that period of manufacture then only company will replace free of cost. And they told me the cost of repair is 27k.

But same issue we are also facing and we are also using same model then why we are not eligible. Apple need to consider this also because I think this oasis not only for that time period manufacturer most of the iphon12 users is facing this issue

I was useing iphone 12 past 2 years.

7months back there was update after update i facing sound issue. I wentyo. Apple authorised Service Centre they the team was diagnostic to my mobile. They told me about an programme if it suitable to phone Service will be free

my mobile is not that programme it cost about 26000 it is more than my mobile

I will never use iphone in my life worst experience apple i brought at 60k in india. Price not worth. It

We are all users here, just like you, and besides the official information about the Service Program, we don't know any more technical details about why the receiver can not be replaced separately.

Do you think it is the customers fault? Fixing a 60k phone in 2024 adding around 26k more?
