Since the update to watchOS 10.0.1 and iOS 17.0.2, the calendar on my Apple Watch doesn't sync anymore.
It displays the old appointments, from before the updates. The new and changed items are simply not shown.

No, not on the Apple Watch itself. But on your iPhone; the Apple Watch app on your phone, which controls your Apple Watch.
You will see in the app, in the list of installed/enabled apps, the Calendar slide will be set to ‘enable’.
Just slide it to disable. The Calendar app will be uninstalled from the Apple Watch.
After that just re-enable and the Calendar will re-appear on your watch.

reset Sync Data does is not enabled. I keep pressing but nothing happens.
