Need Split-screen feature AND full casting of e.g. Office Apps, File App Content on 16:9 Monitor for IPhone 15 Pro Max

Dear Apple folks!

Why is it not possible to get a full casting of an Office App window, File App content and other Apps beside photos and videos on an external 16:9 monitor (IPhone 15 Pro Max attached to the external 16:9 monitor)? Bad enough that IPhone 15 Pro Max is not capable to offer any kind of desktop mode. But the current mess in simply mirroring a 19,5:9 IPhone-Screen on an 16:9 external monitor (letter-boxed), feels to dumb and incapable in the year 2023 - especially when looking at other peer companies in the market!! Or what's about a Split-screen feature for the IPhone 15 Pro Max, where 2 apps are displayed on the phone-screen (including drag & drop between those two Apps)? Apple is so incredible bad and poor with regards to "Productivity" features! When will this be resolved (...potentially with an IPhone 16 Pro Max)? Waiting for fast improvements at the Productivity front. And please don't come with points like "Apple has its own product strategy" - this would be simply ridiculous! Other Phone makers are light-years ahead of Apple and the question is: Why? The underlying technic would be close to idling with those demanded Productivity features.
