IPhone rings on silent

I’ve had this phone for a while (iphone 13 mini) i never had this problem before my phone in on ios16.6.1 silent mode is on (orange light is showing) the contact is not on emergency bypass

the first calls are silent but suddenly it rings after many calls not answered ( the contact is in my favorite) but i never had this problem before

Try and force restart the iPhone to see if the issues persist

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
