How to get refund if I purchased VPN subscription in App Store using Apple Pay
By accident I purchased ExpressVPN in App Store using my Apple Pay from my iPhone. I immediately cancelled the subscription via App Store but did not get the refund. I then emailed ExpressVPN and they said that I needed to request for refund by contacting Apple Support for assistance. I contacted Apple Support twice but no response. I got so frustrated as the fee is US$100. Please help. Thanks

Apple doesn't give app developers access to App Store’s customer billing information. This policy is not specific to ExpressVPN and applies to any in-app purchase that you make on your device. All refund requests must be made via the App Store.
