they are still distorted and not working. These are not even 1 yr of use. It's only these last two weeks that all of a sudden they started not working. This seems to be a derogation of the product.
I have cleaned them, charged them, tried repairing them. I have not even had them 1 yr. I typically listen to music, podcasts or stream video but all 3 are having issues with distortion and interruption. I will usually have the earbud near the phone by maybe 1-2 ft. so there shouldn't be any obstacles. I am sometimes using the cellular network sometimes using my home network. But I continue to have the same issue.
