Macbook Pro mid 2018

I noticed that a lot of people are having problems with "flexgate" on Macbook Pro mid 2018. I was calling with support, but no help. I would need to pay for whole display repair which cost more then the whole notebook. I saw several topics and even few friends and this issue is global. Just around the warranty display turns purple and doesnt work. Is there any way we as customers that we can take against apple? I was buying products of apple since 2012 and this never happened to me before. This situation is pretty bad for apple customers.
