Can’t call a flip phone from my IPhone 12.

My friend calls me from her flip phone, she is on Verizon. I can’t call her. Do not have her blocked. When I call it goes to voicemail, it doesn’t ring Thru. Help .

Is there a reason my best friend s calls go straight to voicemail after she got a reconditioned iPhone? My best friend has always been able to call me for 35 years, she got a “new” reconditioned iPhone and now just her calls go straight to voicemail they don’t even ring. BUT she can text. She isn’t blocked, I’ve made sure. I changed spam calls to ring not go to a spam place , I turned my phone off, waited, & turned it back on. She still can’t call. Any one have any suggestions or solutions? Were kinda elderly and really depend on being able to reach each other. to me this is really important Thank you.

How do I fix the call forwarding spinning wheel issue on iPhone? my friend has the call forwarding spinning wheel. we have tried to reset factory settings, looked at multiple other things in phone settings and we have tried everything it still doesn't accept phone calls and iPhone messages etc… and when I try to call her phone it doesn’t call at all, then goes to voicemail. Contact your cellular carrier and/or have her contact hers.

Your iphone does not know or care what kind of phone the person you’re calling has. Calling is a carrier feature.
