"My iPhone 14 incoming calls are going straight to voicemail: When my friend tries to call me, it’s sending her straight to voicemail. She is not blocked. We can receive each others texts just fine. I can call her. (She uses android if that matters). It’s only her number that I can’t receive calls from. I already tried calling my carrier. They don’t know."

Troubleshooting Filtered Contacts:
Disable Filters:
Remove Security Software:
Any Secret Software on your iPhone? If so, remove it, as it just gets in the way on an iPhone and this is a pure example of how and why. It may be filtering it out.
Screen Time Being the Culprit:
Certain she's not blocked? Is this a business-owned phone? Is this a used phone? If so, receiving her call may be blocked though use of screen time. So, Disable Screen Time, and then restart the device performing another call. Screen Time is found in Settings.
Try manually restarting your iPhone:
- Go To: Settings
- Select: General
- Scroll to: the Very Bottom
- Select: Shut Down
- Slide Finger: to the Right
- Wait: 30 Seconds
- Power One: the iPhone
- Try this Once More
Disabling Screentime:
- Go Here: Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
- As it Reads: "To change or turn off the passcode on your child's device, go to Settings > Screen Time and tap your child's name. Then tap Change Screen Time Passcode or Turn Off Screen Time Passcode, and authenticate the change with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode."
