missmatched AirPods
Good evening to everyone. I just bought AirPods Pro 2 and when I try to connect them with my phone, it says mismatched AirPods. I tried to reboot them (holding back button for 15 sec.) but it did not work. I tried to watch some videos how to fix this bug but all of them were unsuccessful. Any advices? Previous owner is not responding to my massages. Should I bring them to Apple Store or there is some app where can I fix it? Thanks for any advices!
