Cannot block image download in Outlook email on Iphone 13

I just noticed that my iPhone 13 (17.0.2) no longer disables automatic download of images in Outlook mail. My ipad has the setting - the message at the top of emails says: “Some images are blocked to protect your privacy. Download images”. Both devices have Privacy Protection set. I turned it off so I could turn on “Hide ip address” and “Block all remote content” individually. That did not work. I searched but could not find the setting to disable image loading in Outlook for IOS. It was working, I don’t know when or why it changed. Any suggestions on how I can get that back so images do not automatically download when I open an email? thank you! Donna

I’m going to answer my own question ; ) I kept searching for a solution and I found it!! In Outlook settings, Mail accounts, Account settings, “Block external images”. I had never de-selected it, I didn’t even know where it was! But it’s fixed now. I thought the problem could have been IOS software, but it wasn’t!
