I’m using a child account with screen time. I’m currently trying to download an adblocker for use on Safari, but it won’t allow me to change the “allow these content blockers” setting. What parental control setting do I need to disable?

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.
Since you recently added this app, you may need to add the app to the allowed apps from the parent device or from this device if you have the Screen Time passcode.
Go to Settings > Screen Time > child's device name > Always Allowed. From the "Choose Apps" section, choose the + sign next to the new app.
This should give you access to the app.
