how can I find quick start to transfer the data from the old phone?

I didn’t do the data transfer at the beginning setup of the new phone
how can I find quick start to transfer the data from the old phone?
iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12
You have to erase the new phone.....then start over again with a new setup.
Then.....the Quick Start option will appear along with other data transfer options.
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Erase All Content and Settings.
When the phone restarts, follow the prompts for the new setup.
Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Get a Reliable Location, then Use Quick Start:
When transferring to a new iPhone, Quick Start is the best route to take. This is the link to use: Use Quick Start to Transfer Data to a New iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. So, reset your new iPhone to factory settings, and then perform Quick Start transfer.
You would need to restore your new phone to factory (erase the device) and start the setup process over from the beginning opting to choose quick start when the option presents itself.
