id like to create a child account for my daughter but she is afraid she will lose all her game progress. She has been playing under my gamecenter account. Can i log in her game center so my games are on her device?

You can sign into a different Apple ID for iCloud and general Settings vs one specifically for Game Center.
While it will still be best to see if she can transfer her save history or data over to her own account, if not you can sign into yours in Settings > Game Center. This should sync her game data over, however it is still app developer dependent. Some apps may not support this feature.
