When I search my messenges, I don’t want photos or attachments to appear, just contacts. How do I change the settings to just have my contacts appear within messages when I search?

Currently there isn't a way to remove categories from the search in Messages. If this's something you'd like to see Apple add in a future update, you can submit that feedback to them here: Product Feedback - Apple
