Airpods not ringing when I have a phone call
My AirPods don’t ring when I wear them on and I have a phone call in my iPhone and I tried restarting but still no ringing, can you help me?

We'd like to help by learning more about what's happening, along with ruling out some basics:
- Great job on trying a restart of your iPhone! Have you also tried a reset of your AirPods since this started to occur? If not, this article has the steps: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro
- If you have a compatible iPhone model, the latest version is iOS 17.0.3. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then update: Update your iPhone or iPad
- Have you been able to test pairing your AirPods with a different iPhone to see if the same issue occurs when receiving a call?
