I have changed the setting so my phone is on colour invert which I I quite like, my only issue when I try watching videos they are also inverted is there anyway I can play them normally without having to change settings back?. TIA

Open the Settings app and select Accessibility. Then select Display & Text Size. Perhaps selecting Smart Invert will give you better results.
