Parental controls seem to not work EVERY TIME Apple pushes a new update. Why is this?
How do I get parental controls to work? They work on one child’s phone but not the other. I have a 13 Pro. The phone it’s not working on is a 14 and the phone it works on is a 13 mini.
We all have updated our iOS to the most current. Apple needs to get their crap together!

Your answer is irrelevant. iOS 17.3 came out AFTER I posted this. I’ve since updated my phone & so has my child and I STILL have the same issue.

I did call them and they weren’t able to help. They were to transfer me to a higher level but hung up on me instead and didn’t call me back.
