Podcast background colors make text difficult to read - how to change back to white?

With new system "upgrade" podcast backgrounds have become various colors from ugly grey to magenta. How to change it all back to white?

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 17

Go to settings>podcasts>scroll down >deselect custom colors

This could solve this issue

Thanks, but that menu item "custom colors" seems to be gone from the podcast settings. I put it in the search and it doesn't come up.

I'm using an iPhone 14 Pro Max, updated to IOS 17.0.3 yesterday.
