I just updated my phone to iOS 17.0.3 and now no one can hear me. I am able to record voice memos, video and I and able to hear but for some reason since I updated callers cannot hear me speak.

I fixed mine by turning off conversation boost in control center w AirPods hooked up, also noise cancellation, then it all worked as it should, turned on noise cancellation again and conversation boost and all is working fine, just toggling them worked. I have kept conversation boost off though just to be sure.. but multiple phone calls are all crystal clear and no mic issues.

Apple really botched up iOS17. It does this for many users. Just a simple soft reset fixes the problem. [Volume up, volume down, then hold down power button].
