Family Sharing doesn't allow multiple credit cards for adults?

My sister organized a family sharing with our iPhones and entered her credit card. Despite having my own credit card entered into my Apple ID, whenever I try to buy something from the iTunes store, it makes me verify her credit card number with the 4-digit security code, which we don't share with each other. How can I be on family sharing with her and still be able to use my own credit card for purchases? Thanks, Community!

Thank you very much for responding. I was hoping there was a simpler solution but the Family Sharing feature is a bit restrictive (ironically) for non-organizer adults. The Help page for Family Sharing doesn't talk about adding multiple credit cards, etc. That's a shame. This doesn't seem to be meant for families other than couples and their children. Thank you again for trying to help!

Hi RobieD21,

When using Family Sharing, the family organizer will supply the form of payment that covers the entire family. However, you can add a gift card balance to your account individually. Funds will draw from an Apple ID balance before they draw from the form of payment on file. You can learn more here: Manage Family Sharing settings - Apple Support

Take care.
