If you mean the phone is acting like you're tapping at icons, scrolling, etc, when you're not touching it, then your phone likely needs to have the screen replaced.


If it's in a case or has a screen protector, try removing those to see if anything changes. If not, make an appointment at an Apple store to get it repaired.

I have same problem but I just got this iPhone11 on my Argos card at £399 last friday and I have this ghost screen problem but because I bought this phone fully refurbished from there I get a 12 year warranty with it should I use it or is there a way to fix it without having to take it back to Argos as am scared they either can’t fix it or is it apple they send them to to fix? As no one else is supposed to fix iPhones are they?
