I need to change my subscription

So I wanted to get a MONTHLY subscription for $7.99 for ClassDojo. I don’t know how or why but Apple charged Me the entire yearly fee of $64 and they always decline my refund requests and I really needed to say look I just want to subscribe for the monthly. Any advice??
