TikTok still works during downtime

I have app limits and a downtime schedule on my kids’ phones. Both features work fine, except for TikTok. TikTok seems to override both and still works even when YouTube, Safari and other apps I have limited are off. This appears to be a glitch, is there a fix?

TikTok offloaded on it’s own despite constant use Hello! I am having an issue with the fact that TikTok offloaded on its own today despite me having used it just a few hours ago prior to me posting this. My phone is up to date with the software, I have more than enough storage as well, yet now I can’t open the app without having to “download it” again but obviously I can’t given to the ban that occurred. No one else around me is having issues, so it can’t be a server issue with the app. My account is also still available, so I know I didn’t get banned/flagged. I also do not have the “offload unused apps” feature on (which really wouldn’t matter because as stated, I use the app frequently). Is anyone else having this issue?

Can’t open my TikTok app When I try to open my TikTok App, a message pops up that “restrictions” are on and that I have to turn them off. They are off under “screen time” and I don’t know what other restrictions or whatever is actually blocking the App. Please help.

TikTok ignoring block at screen time and time limits I’ve seen this issue in lots of old questions and never seen an answer. i have screen time set up on my sons phone, on a schedule and every night it locks down apart from apps I’ve set in ‘always allowed’. Despite TikTok being set up with 1 hour limit, it remains available after the time limit and also after the screen time schedule kicks in. i can go into the setting on my phone, or my sons phone, enter passcode, set other apps as ‘always allowed’, within a minute they show as available, I remove them they show as locked with the screen time timer beneath them… that is except TikTok. This app appears to ignore all these settings and whatever I try, it remains available all the time with no limit and no way to block it. I’ve seen all the suggestions and tried it all but this is a massive issue as it’s such an addictive app. Has anyone found a way to get screen time to block TikTok? Apple support can you clarify why this app is not behaving the same as others? Would add a screen shot showing it’s not in the allowed apps list but the site crashes each time I try to add more images!
